This is the true life story of one teenage couple
who were thrown apart and met up again 30 years later,
all thanks to the internet opening up previously closed avenues of
adventure!
It had all began so many years ago, with a glance over the dance floor. His blond curly hair standing out like a glowing beam of light, which is exactly how I came to remember him. As the light of my life.
Many dark days followed, although I always remembered my ray of light and just had to have him back.
Over the years, I had watched out for him. Tried to hear if someone had seen or heard of his whereabouts, all to no avail. I had called at his family home, which appeared now to be as empty as my heart was.
I began to get on with my life and married the wrong man. Two children later and I was so very unhappy, that I couldn't put up with him, or his lack of love for me and got divorced.
Bringing up two young children by myself, was easier than struggling with such an unloving husband.
The kids were older now and I left home to live abroad.
My life was full and I was happy with my latest decision of where to live. I had a beautiful farm, but still I thought of this man who had made such a huge impact on my young life.
I didn't need a man to help me enjoy my very enjoyable life, but all the same, I decided again to search for him. It would be the last time I would search, I always told myself that each time I searched for him.
.... and found him!
What will soon be published here, is not the true life story of a love lost, I will be publishing our online conversations, from the day of our meeting again, to the current day.
It makes for a very interesting and very true life read!
